Horse Boarding

Board your horse at a small farm in upstate South Carolina. We are 25 minutes from Clemson University, 30 minutes from Greenville, and 25 minutes from Anderson.

The farm contains:

  • A 75' X 210' outdoor riding arena
  • A 60' X 120' indoor riding arena
  • 10' X 12' stalls with a ceiling fan, window, automatic water
  • A wash rack with hot and cold running water
  • A heated and air conditioned tack room
  • A mile of ridable terrain around and through the farm

There will rarely be more than 8 horses here and I prefer 4-6. Horses are pastured usually with a friend, but may have a private paddock if necessary. All fencing is wood and/or electric. During the hot months, horses are up during the heat of the day and out at night. When the weather cools down, they are out during the day and in at night.

Most of the fields have a 15' perimeter riding area between fields, or between the inner and outer fence. (The whole property is double fenced with an electric gate at the entrance.)

I feed Purina Strategy Health Edge and Purina Wellsolve LS, and am open to other feeds. You will have to supply your own supplements prepackaged into daily amounts. (Either smart packs or ziplocs that you supply and fill.)

The Indoor arena is 60' X 120' and is lit and has ceiling fans. The Outdoor arena is 75' X 210' and is minimally lit. The wash rack has hot and cold running water and is heated for winter bathing.

Prices are current as of April 8, 2017 and subject to change, please contact me for up to date pricing. If there is interest there may be occasional clinics with other clinicians.
